There are 3 elements to a successful relationship between a Coach and client;

Each party must feel comfortable with the other. You should not feel intimidated, or be afraid to ask questions of your Coach. You should be able to speak as if you are having a normal conversation with someone you know.
The Coach must have the technical knowledge and experience to manage the transaction to a successful conclusion.
The Coach must have the communication skills to explain every part of the process to you, in language that you understand, so that you feel comfortable with every step.
